Statement My work is simply about the experience of contact with life and nature. I try to interrogate nature, that is, really explore and grasp it in some tangible form. The works are the evidence of that enquiery. I therefore use the materials in a rather loose and spontaneous fashion. The resultant image, while being lively can sometimes be obsure. I therefore try to find a way of clarifying the key aspects of the scene so that viewers can clearly identify the image. Education
